Bhishma Sapkota is the talented chef and owner of Mustang Cottage. Born and raised in Nepal, Bhishma first learned to cook from his mother and developed a deep passion for culinary arts. Over the years, he has traveled the world to learn from some of the best chefs in the industry, including in India, Hong Kong, Japan, and Melbourne. With over 20 years of experience in the food industry, Bhishma is a master at creating delicious and authentic Indian and Nepalese cuisine. At Mustang Cottage, Bhishma's passion for cooking shines through in every dish, and his dedication to using the freshest and highest quality ingredients is evident in the flavors and aromas of his food.
